WHEEL WEIGHT: OEM 20" Confirmed

took my wheels off today, didn't have the chance to weigh them but they were definitely hollowed out like StuLax's wheels are and I am an 05'.

If somebody with a 2003 could take a peek at their 20's, I thought I remember seeing some older 20's that weren't hollowed out in the back.

Thanks -- what's the details on this wheel? Is this a 20" and what year? It looks different than my 2003 20".

i have a question for the guys who have sold the oem 20s before.
how much did you guys sold them for? what is the reasonable price for a mint set without any curb rash including shipping and paypal fees?

i'm trying to get rid of my 20s since i have no use anymore. also since they are proven that its pretty light weight oem wheels, will it have any premium over it?
 
Haven't weighed them yet, I've been out of town since Wed. I'll be back tomorrow and will try to get it done then.

$400 cash, no shipping, no paypal to local buyer. Very happy with what I got, just happy in general to get rid of them from my garage.

Be sure to post on other nissan forums, a maxima owner bought mine since they are hub centric to their cars too.
 
I'm sure an FXer will snag them. But like Ed said, other nissan rides will work... Especially Nissan Murano. I sold mine at like new condition minus TPMS. They came from my 2006 sport package so they're the darker ones.

Sorry it took so long guys, but I finally had a chance to weigh one of my wheels. I'll post some pics in a bit, but for now this is the verified weight of the 20" OEM wheels that came on my 2004 AWD FX35, I assume as part of the "sport" package. I weighed them 3 times on my wife's digital bathroom scale (:eek.::zip:), which has been "certified" as being 100% correct relative to scales at a friend's house and at two different gyms.

The official weight was 67.4lbs with my 265-50R20 Yoko Parada spec-x tire installed. Yokohama claims these tires are 36.4lbs (LINK). That makes my wheels 31lbs assuming no weight loss due to +/-2000 miles of wear. Regardless, they are 30ish and not 40ish lbs for certain.

I'd really say it's safe to assume that there all going to be around there... there'd have to be a really significant difference for any of these to be a full 25% heavier than this I think...
 
I see two missing pieces to really put this one to bed:
1) An oem 20" from an '03 FX35
2) A chrome oem. 20"

If only someone here had a (cough, Laser Red) '03 FX35 with chrome 20s....
