So I finally seemed to find the reason that the tires are rubbing. The tires seem to be hitting the stock springs . I guess I'm def going to need spacers now to decide what size.
I'm running 285/35/22 tire on 22x9.5 and H&Rs, and I don't rub. If you were lowered you probably wouldn't rub idk. I just put my 20mm spacer back on as well and no issues still.
The tires are actually rubbing on the strut so they called the wheel team at this shop and they said that they had installed the wrong tires and I should have 265/40/22 tires instead of 285/45/22.
