ummmmmmmm I know this is InfinitiScene.com, but you know we're allowed to like other cars, right?

don't get me wrong.... I LOVE my FX, and many Nissans and Infiniti cars... but there are plenty of other cars I'd take before any of those you mentioned in a heartbeat...

Let's just say... if you were to present to me 4 sets of keys... one to an Aston Martin DB9, one to a Ferrari 599, one to an Audi R8 and one to the GT-R.... and I had to pick ONE.... I assure you my first choice wouldn't be the GT-R... wouldn't be the 2nd choice either, MAYBE 3rd... and that's a MAYBE
 
w/ 430hp in a somewhat light sports car you'd think they can put down a 4 second 0-60 and 12sec quarter mile..... when the emphasis for american cars is drag racing.... and germans and japanese can do sub 5sec with cars that have less power to weight ratio....


anyways.... this new camaro looks sweet... lets just hope they can sell some before they flop....

Just checked. The car is a pig. CW = 3860/1755 – SS w/manual

But the 422hp and 408tq might help a bit.

The Camaro enthusiast community seem to think that with basic bolt-ons the SS will run low 12s comfortably.

It's not too late John .. you have been the 1st in most of your mods, why not be the 1st yellow?
 
my wife would hate it, don't know if I'd get tierd of it too maybe., might just look too hot & flashy for every day really... if I redo it'll be black cherry I think, that would look sweet on the fx too.
 
Looks nice. One of my customers ordered one when dealer's started taking orders...so far, he says it's been delayed about five times :err:.

Personally, I like the Lamborghini Orange or Green. It goes well with Black.
 
my .02...... the FX is just about paid off. i'm ordering a new Camaro i believe once it is. it's .......... just awesome imo. i've owned 2 in my life. a 1990 IROC-Z and a 1967 Camaro that i was restoring but sold to buy my loft (glad i did but wish i didn't). i'm undecided on color as of yet, but, that graphite color with the black hockey stripes on a 2SS/RS and some chromed 20 spoked 20's off of the new ZR1 vette and i'm drooling every time i think about it. oh yeah, the LMR Slayer aftermarket package is going in as soon as i decide (if) to pull the trigger.

here's proof that it is sex on f'ing wheels. first minute is just the exhaust with the dumpoffs opening and closing. @1:09 there's 2 drive-by's at WOT. it's just screaming and pulling. you can't substitute that. the FX is staying with me. the Camaro would be just for cruising in the summer. i have a smile every time i think about it. just like with the FX still.

It's Bumblebee...How can anyone not like Bumblebee? :tongue: It's a great looking car. I read that GM had a very limited Transformers edition...something like 16 Autobot badges placed on the vehicle, including the wheel center caps, behind the front fenders and steering wheel...all for an additional $3000 over the SS. Comes only in yellow of course. :wink:
