Whats The Highest Milage on any FX

I love the truck mines have 120,000 miles and runs great. I just need to get my headlight on I changed my bulb. But the the passenger side hid headlight still not working. I found out why my headlight wasn't working. I let a mechanic check the car and I'm guessing when he checked my headlights on the passenger side he never put the cap back on after checking it from noticing my headlight was out after a storm and the lamp was cloudy I saw it and changed the D2S bulb guessing that a be the problem and it wasn't my headlight is still out but now imma check the 3rd fuse box under battery to see. If anyone ever had this problem? HELP!!!.... JK.lol....
 
I believe if it's the fuse your back lights won't come on when you turn your headlights on either. I was changing my headlights one day and blew the fuse and the back lights didn't work either. So i guess see if the back lights come on and if they don't it should definitely be the fuse
 
I have 160k on my 06 FX45 and havent had to change anything major other than recalled dash. But at this point I'm expecting something major to happen. I've done spark plugs, oil, brakes, tires, light bulbs on the regular. Is there anything that I should really have done? It was just in at the dealer for the dash and they did a full check and said there was nothing of concern.
 
Got a friend with 172,000 and counting. Never had a problem. 3rd set of brakes, 4th set of tires. Really amazing how well it still runs. It's why I bought mine.

These are well built cars...if there was something to charge u for they would. Ive seen plenty of members here with mileage like yours and no major issues.
 
Just bought mine with 126K miles... No problem, it will keep on going for many more!

Only problem is that the more miles you accumulate, the less people around that have experienced the problem du jour you are having. Like how mine gets a little floatly in downhill right-handers (on ramps).
210k on mine.
 
Hello guys. My first post here. I just bought a 2004 FX35 AWD with 249K on it. Has a drivetrain problem that the previous owner didn't want to fix & I bought as is. Engine/ trans seemed fine yet. The U-joint on the front driveshaft (at the axle housing) wore enough that it let loose of the yoke while driving down interstate. The flopping driveshaft broke the bell housing & in turn the support bosses on the engine oil pan that connect to the bell. It still runs & moves because none of the cracked pieces make it to the fluid areas, but the driveshaft flops around on the exhaust crossover & it can only be inched along right now. I know the owner's who've had it since new, but haven't talked to them yet about repair history. I don't think anything major has happened. I'll be starting a thread on what I've got & some questions, but thought I'd kick in my Odometer reading here. One thing that sucks about it is the U-joint isn't available separately- only the shaft assembly.

i am at 164k almost 165k and i am going strong. My uncle tells me after the winter get rid of the fx get a g35 coupe or maybe if i get a better job soon i will lease a q50. I see some fx35's with over 175k and they are going strong
 
I am Sitting tight at a smooth ~212K. I take it ever time the sticker needs it. Still runs Great. 1st year they came to market.
Only issue I really have is the where and tear of the leather, and deep wax coat doesnt last as long.
 
155K+ on my "other ride," 2006 FX45, but site only lets me show my 2009 FX50S (70K) in profile.
 
Im at 100,000 kilometers you guys in the states it counts in miles right? some guys are really high
 
180k on my 06 fx35 awd and runs perfectly. Bought it with 177k just under a month ago. All the service records are with the vehicle and nothing major. Im fixing to do a oil and filter change along with seafoam in oil, plenum, and fuel. As well as a full tune up with all new plugs and such.
 
Update post - now at 218k.

Since last post at 165k I have done the following:

Replaced struts again at 190k
Replaced front rotors at 190k
Replaced rear door actuators at 210k
Seat repair at 210k
Misc. bodywork and foglights at 210k
Repaired sub amp (relay replacement) at 210k

Rear brake pads are setting on my workbench. I also need to remove and clean the mirror motors.
