What went wrong with your FX today?

the up down for the windows were only in the fx45. i did not know about the trunk opening up tho.... never heard of it .

Found a leak on my transmission cooler return hose. For whatever reason, it's weeping a little bit where it hooks up to the pan. Used 5/16" hose which should be same size as factory, but it's dripping. Never noticed it with the belly pan on, it's a very slow leak and the fluid dries pretty quick. Always seemed a bit dirty on that side, but I wasn't sure what it was. Now that there's no pan, I happened to notice while I was rotating the tires. Line looks ok, so I'm going to swap the clamp and add another clamp to make sure the line doesn't pop off. Fluid isn't low, so it's a very slow leak.

I'm having the same issue. Two clamps fixed the leak for me, I think.

Well, it's good to know I'm not alone. Mine is actually leaking at the pan where the return line is. The line itself is damp and dirty from fluid. The connections on the cooler itself are fine. I'm not worried about the hose popping off, I tried pulling it off and the clamp keeps it from going over the barb. But the hose will slide a bit on the connection. Tonight I'm going to put a 2nd clamp on it and see. At least it will give me peace of mind, I'm always worried these little worm clamps will strip/fail and the hose will come off.

worm clamps? i haven't checked mine.. but i used some ss clamps that uses a 1/4 nut driver to tighten

Mine use a 1/4" bolt as well, it has little teeth that grip the clamp. On the small ones, the teeth can slip. But there's not really any other option for hoses of this size.

Yea thanks she's fine

WTF!!!!!! Is the whole supension jacked up or is it just the wheels and the alignment? If it the suspension make sure he pays for some lowered springs... jk Im glad your wife okay

Another set of LEDs went out. it seems that any kind of light I put to the outside of this vehicle just doesn't last!!!

Puddle light in the side view mirror died, replaced it, died again. HID fog lights died one by one. And just noticed one of the LED strips in the rear bumper reflectors died as well. I don't know if it's just the really cold weather we have, or is this car just cursed. I never had these kind of issues on other vehicles.

I'm going with cursed. All my upgrades have lasted through some pretty harsh winters here. Are you fogs bulb or ballast giving you issues?
