Considered the Touareg, but the FX is more reliable and has better looks.
I considered the 2012 Range Rover Sport and the 2012 Porsche Cayenne.
Both of them in my Country (Italy) are too common so I decided for the FX.
Here in Italy my FX looked like an alien! :smile (2):
I had considered a few other mid size suvs but the fx seemed the most well round. I was all over the map from x5, rx, q5, to mdx. It was a tough decision. I felt the fx was the most reliable and least costly to repair...the german mades we a bit pricy for simple fixes. The ride was a lot stiffer and more sport than the rest but thats okay for me coming from sport cars and large suv's...get the best of both world in the fx.
Was looking at the bug eyed 2002 Subaru WRX sedan then. Now I'm looking at the 2013 Nissan GT-R; I just need another project car.
