What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Thanks Lance, not only for the compliment but also all your help in my search for the correct tires. I don't know if it's just me or what but it feels like she's got more pep in her step now, maybe because the wheels are lighter or it could just be my imagination :sly:

Went to start it today after sitting for a month and the car had a hard time starting. Need to start driving her more. Brakes also seized up and it got stuck. Had to give it some gas to get it reverse and all of a sudden I hear the brakes make a POP sound lol.

Lol to be honest after you posted pics of your lug nuts I immediately contacted zebra to get me a set cuz I loved how they looked.

I got lucky with them. Originally I wanted the Kics neo-chrome, but then started leaning towards Muteki from Zebra. I found the burning blue and realized it was probably closer to the color I wanted than the Muteki neo-chrome was. Definitely fits better on your ride with the color and the exhaust tips. :good:

Soon they will match with something I'm putting in the interior of my fx as well....

Looks good JC. New wheel color gives off an illusion of a black FX in you photos. Daytime shoot long overdue, get on it. :smile (2):

New front rotors and pads and new rear shocks. Lemme tell you how nervous putting those rear shocks made me. The two top bolts that hold the shock were sooo rusty that every time i turned the nut, it felt like the bolt wanted to break. All said and done PB Blaster works good. Lol. New rear shocks in and the ride feels nice.

Damn winter salt! I change my driver front hub bearing. Got it down to an art now... one hour from start to finish. Well, that is if the ABS sensor is not seized.

The FX was just washed and is sitting pretty in the garage due to snow in NJ again. I'll go snow drift with my pop's X5 instead. Ordering some Morimoto 3000k HIDs today from TRS for my fogs. Viper LCD remote start and alarm being installed in near future as well. After the FX is properly protected the fun begins.
