What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Wow! Thanks for the positive feedback guys! I really liked the way they looked in ads, but saw them on VW GTI's and a few small coupes/sedans on the interwebz and thought they looked horrific. After getting one of them on at Discount Tire, I realized they look much more decent if they are at a bigger size.

I am running 265/50R20 Yoko Parada's.

Offset is 40.

What do you guys think of the chrome door handles? I'm torn...on one side I like the chrome and machined face together... on the other, it seems to stick out like a sore thumb.

I am also looking to drop it. How much would you guys recommend? And what in the high heavens kind of product do I want to get?

Looks good! I personally like the contrast. If i was you and you want that look I would get the sports tails and roof rack. Which I think the rack rails are for sale from someone here?

Go for coils. Guys will chime in who have them. I have the springs. They are fine for me. Fit my needs but if you want to be able to adjust your drop then coils for sure!

In my opinion, the chrome door handles are too loud (especially on the black body) since the 03 - 05 lower door molding has much smaller chrome strip like those on the 06 - 08. Black out the handles will give a better look. The red tails is screaming out at ya and I know you have been looking at the sport tails :good:

The drop: H&R springs, KYB struts, and KYB shocks will cost you around $550 - $650, while the going price for a coilovers (BC, Kido, and Megan) can be found around $850 - $1000. If your suspension is fine now, I highly recommend to wait and save up for the Coilovers.

Finally received the Kuda Mount for my phone dock. I wired the dock to a power source in the console, so no visible wires. My phone uses a wireless charger, so I got a very clean look/install when it all went together. I am pretty happy, but need to do a test drive to make sure it is all stable still.
 
How do you replace that red reflector with clear? Looks neat

I bought GromAudio for my FX (GROM-USB2P-NIS02), hope it works as advertised.
