What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

This is how mine looked on saturday when I took my front bumper off to have it repainted. What a pain in the ass it was to get it off then back on again, I did this by myself.

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 2

First time I have removed it. Pain in the ass is right. I had extra bolts after putting it back on lol. I could probably remove it in 5 minutes now knowing how. But damn it sucked

Got my 4300K HID Fog lights installed this morning. Then brought the car home for a nice much needed detailing. Then of course a dorky photoshoot. All the new pictures added to My Garage! They match the headlights perfectly. I'm very pleased.DSC_0215.jpgDSC_0216.jpgDSC_0217.jpgDSC_0218.jpg

brought it to the shop to get the brakes checked. replaced rear pads, rear dif fluid, installed front and mid gtspec lower brace. found on my year and 4 month r1 concept rotors are warped... blah!

Was debating on getting r1 concepts rotors...this doesn't sound good though

Went for the 24 000 km maintenance and replaced squeaking OEM brake pads with Racing Brake ET500. The car is much more silent now, no more squeaking!Oh, and we went shopping for a new GT-R. :smile (2):

do you get the sirius traffic and weather services too?
No, I don't bother with those two. My portable GPS is pretty good with traffic alerts.

Looking for a new GTR, very nice :good:. Are you going to replace the FX.

Washed, clayed, washed again and sealed the FX. I really need to get a DA for the next session. Went to Chinatown and came back to the fx covered in dust. There was construction a street over and the asphalt ripper machine threw dust all over. Had to wash her again when I got home.

I know the drill so here's a pic. And yes, there was an entire neighborhood of people living within my wheel gap.
