What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Dave, the car port is by Domain I looked around for couple of weeks to get the best deal. I found it for $80 on eBay but Walmart also has it now for $97 http://mobile.walmart.com/m/phoenix...F57E#ip/Caravan-Canopy-10x20-Carport/11007577
Majority of them come with 8 legs I wanted one with 6 to make it look less like a tent and allow for uninstructed door opening.
I am not a fan of the white canopy so bought a sand colored one separately.
The construction is actually quite sturdy took me 40 minutes to put it all together with no help.
The feet anchor to the ground with assorted spikes. I hammer drilled holes in my driveway and secured it that way along the fence on one side and pushed the spikes to the ground on the other.

It's amazing how much cooler it is under. Makes it easier to work on the car outside and keeps my next door pesky neighbor away from looking :)
 
Got it washed :) i felt so strange taking a picture of it while its coming out haaaaa !? Oh well ;)

Snapped off one of the adapter bolts from the gt spec mid brace inside my right control arm. Ugh. On the bright side I found one on ebay for $110 shipped!

Yeah, it been laying there since I bought it end of last summer. I got put it to good use in a couple weeks. :smile (2):
 
So I just dropped my FX over at the Infiniti dealer to get a set of OEM Infiniti rims put on. They are dark grey/black, slender spoked, 18" and manufactured by MOMO. Very excitied!

However, weird experience while there. When I sat down with the service manager and he plugged in my VIN there were three outstanding recall notices. Not entirely clear how they could have been missed for so many years by the previous owners. Anyway, I know what two of them are (Head/Tail combo lamps) but the third was a fuel line recall. Anyone know anything about this one? I didn't have time to talk it through with the manager, as I was in a rush to get to work, so any information would be much appreciated!
 
My front passenger got broken into a little while ago so figured it was a good time to go darker. Had 50% put over the factory (said factory was 25%) and then got 20 in the front
