^^Clear bra will help prevent the stone chips Aaron.
I use to have a 3m ventureshield bra and took it off. Started yellowing after a year. Now I have rockchips again and Turbocad is repainting my front bumper

I may get it redone after turbo repaints my bumper :smile (2):
One thing I like about lighter colors like silver, white, etc etc is that they hide roch chips better than black. You have a black car and your front bumper will look like it has dandruff in the first 5K miles lol.
I learn to live with rock chips cause I can't fix all of them. I have a few on the A pillar, all 4 lower doors, 2 by the back bumper near the mudflap from where people kick rocks up on the highway. I don't tail gate or drive close to cars and trucks at all. I still manage to get them. Oh well nothing I can do lol. Can't cover the whole car in a clear bra :tongue (2):
Installed new sport tailights---
^ Watcha got planned? :smile (2):
Ian you should have brought your hand car wash crew with you so they can wash it for you while you're on your trip.
Went to a car wash yesterday...Here's how it went.
Owner: *standing outside* Hi, can we help you?
Me: how much for an exterior handwash?
Owner: $12....take this slip to the front and I'll take care of the car.
Me: *at the desk talking to cashier and notice the guy driving my car into the railed brush wash area.** Is this a brush wash!!??
Girl: Yes, he's about to start.
Me: You need to stop him, now..
Owner: I must have misunderstood you..It's ok, the brushes are soft and we use the same one Infiniti uses to wash your car at the factory.
Me: Yeah, that's cool.. But I don't do brushes and rails for fear of wheel damage.
Owner: *getting a little irritated* It's fine, we do Maseratis (sp) here.. the paint and wheels are good.
Me: Yeah well my Masserati is at home, take my car out.. I'm sorry that YOU misunderstood me.. thank you.
Got the car out and just went to a manual wash..
Got some Weather Techs, woot!

Two totally different uses. The idea behind weathertechs is the protect your carpet and catch and water, mud, snow, etc. That's why they are raised up on the edges. I'd never use them just because there'd be no point.Still debating on getting those. i always perferred the carpet mats as i think they look more elegant but i keep hearing good things about the weathertechs
