snow tires back on...getting tires refinished...more details in jdTrader thread that I put up earlier.

Also, stopped at dealership...that ticking noise finally got it demo when at the dealer. You can barely hear it, but I hear it and they confined it's the compressor. So glad to schedule to have it taken care of under warranty. Dealer mentioned parts and labor for it are > $1,000 if not. :eek.:

What ticking noise? Was it when the AC was running?

^ yes i bought a used full Stillen cat-back exhaust last weekend from iS member. It has famous Stillen "Stainless Steel", surface rust is all over the piping(which I was aware of from Turbo's posts here and 350z.com). For some reason Stillen did use two different SS materials.Tips and other parts that were made from high quality ss still look like brand new, only piping was made from cheap ss. I sanded everything down and going to paint the piping with high temperature paint to avoid rusting. Will post pictures later.

Then I checked the mail and noticed that I received the CF wrap so I proceeded to wrap the center console and as always I tend to screw something up. When I removed the center console I proceeded to remove the switched for the heated seats. The buttons came off and then when I installed them back won't turn on to let me know if the seat Warner's are on. I don't know what to do to make it go on. It might be easier to find two new switches

Looks great Oscar, are you also getting the G35 clutch pedal for your ebrake? ;)

Not sure if you disconnected the wires for the seat heaters. Maybe you plugged in the wire for the hazard into one of the heated seats? Just a wild guess.

Maybe try something simple like disconnect and replug the harnesses back in again? The hazard is a totally separate size, so there's no chance to misplug it. Also the heater switches are color coded too. One it gray and one is brown so the chance of misplugging is slim too. Haha, you even wrapped the cupholder liner too. :laugh.:

I plugged them in to the correct spots. The thing is that when I tried to remove them they both disassembled so I tried to put them back the way they were but I must have notout the pieces back right. I think they heat up but the light does not turn on to tell you the heated seats are on. That's driving me crazy so I might just buy the pieces or take it to the dealership.

So both seat heats up, but the indicator light is not on on both? If not, you should take the switch out of the panel (since the wire is not long enough) and swap them to test if it is indeed the switch and not the connector since you said the "disassembled" when you remove it. You mean the connector falls apart? Those LED in the switch shouldn't not be burnt that easily.

The Sport paddle looks good! You should consider the Nissan 350Z Aluminum Clutch Cover to complete the look :smile (2):

Yeah The clutch cover is my next thing to purchase.yeah when I was removing the center console I decided to try and remove the switches in order to make it easier to wrap. When I pulled one off it came off into pieces. So then I decided to remove the other one to see how the pieces inside we're arranged and that easily just fell off. I felt that the heat on the drivers seat was at least coming on but the light was not on. I might just buy both switches orgo to the dealership and see what they say.

Ended up removing my HID foglights. Kind of tired of the look and its played out. Even Dodge Caravan's do HID foglights now :shot:

Went back to yellow foglights but went with Putco Jet Yellow halogen foglights. They're even more yellow than the stock bulbs. More on the line of a deep sun yellow color:
