What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

lol yea Citi Fields as much as i pass by .... dang never stuck in my head after the change up...
always called it the met's stadium..... lol....
 
Had KP Technologies auto lock/unlock door with speed switch modules installed and KP Technologies independed fog light operation mod done. Very pleased with the result.

How hard is it to install the KP Fog kit and how long? I have been sit on my kit for sometime now because I get mixed reviews.

^ 2 hours?

I remember on my 05fx35 it took them about 45 minutes since it was pretty straightforward....
but after a while it began to screw up and I just got a hard switch installed. (hopefully those two aren't related)

meanwhile for the 2nd gen one it didn't work at all so I just did a separate switch to ignition for the fogs.
 
^ No the guy had 20some years of experience in high end cars. I wasn't specific enough. He also installed auto lock /unlock module along with speed switch module. Three modules in total.

Installed spacers tonight and put the 21's on for the summer. The UPS guy came later than usual so by the time I got everything together it was dark to take pictures. I will post pictures tomorrow but I'm extremely happy with the looks. I went with the Ichiba v2 15mm front and 25mm rear and i think both are a near perfect flush.
Thanks again to Charles from B2autodesigns for the fast shipping and exact spacers I wanted.

Jmess, with 15mm in the front, did you have to shave/cut the studs? I have 25mm on the rear and it looks real nice. Can't wait to see the pics

What did I do? I just bought one. Haven't even taken delivery yet. It's a 2003 FX35 98K Berryllium with BlkBrick interior fully loaded with roof mounted DVD for rear seats, XM, NAV, RearCam....$12000. I think I stole it. Paint / interior 98% perfect. Driver seat needs love 85%ok. Brick fabric even exist???? Needs tires, reading Yokohama Parada Spec X. I live in LA. CAN'T WAIT.
 
+1 on that, what a steal and welcome to the :iS:. I'd suggest opening a separate savings account for all the future mods! :smile (2):
