What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Yeah the Lexani rims I'm going to use for the summer and the FX50 for the winter. I just decided to change them earlier then usual this year to see what the FX50 rims look on my FX. Something to get used to going from the Lexani rims. Im going to get them powder coat eventually gunmetal.

Thats an ideal set-up, very, very nice .

Today I detailed the Car top to Bottom:

Vacuumed the Carpet and trunk, Shampoo'd the carpets, shampoo'd the headliner, pressure washed the floor mats, cleaned all windows, Liquid Carnuba Detailing (exterior), polished rims and dressed the tires, leather conditioner on the seats, shampoo'd the headliner, engine shampoo, headlights polished, clay bar, and highspeed wax sealant!

She looks so nice, i feel like i should put on slippers when i get in the car, no outside shoes!

^^ OK Brad, I don't believe ya. Got pics to proof what you done?

Few days late but I got around to it!

Meguire's mag & aluminum polish, Mother's foam applicator cone (drill insert) and some microfibers for cleaning off the polish. I gotta say - they look pretty much brand new, aside from the one or two minor scratches that can't be seen till right on it.

Right after a wash and dry & tire dressing, before polish.

Got new tires put on yesterday. Its amazing how much smoother the FX is when there is tread on the tires.

Did a couple things over the last few days:

1. Installed Marus' led mirrors (and tinted the lens)
2. R1 Concepts premium cross-rilled rotors + posi-quiet pads
3. Weathertech window visors (front only for now).

Got my fix, for now..

so jealous....next invidia for sale I need to jump on it and get someone to modify it for me. Andrew....I wanna hear how it sounds! Maybe Sunday...I'm leaving early Friday morning.

Perhaps a ninja meet at my place Sunday afternoon?
Andrew (AeroBFA) & I going to color his girl from blonde to brunette in the afternoon. Hahaha, suede his wheat headliner.
Jonas, you know I still looking for a test fit of your spare tire over my BBK and hear your sub/amp mod.
Andrew (Blueduck), you have time to Sunday afternoon?

^^^ I'm going to be around Schaumburg, I might stop by and take a look at that headliner install on my way home; wife and dobe in tow.
