What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Was playing with the Unichip tuning software a bit today. I logged a bunch of runs with the ScanXL software and moved the rev limiter DOWN to 7200rpms. FYI for you Unichip guys; the rev limiter on the 350z maps is set at 9800rpm...

9800 rpm
You got your wide band O2 sensor hook up already? Just receive the ScanXL today. Hoping to have time to play with it tomorrow. I don't have the wide band sensor yet though.

Seriously. I looked into the limiter with the intention of raising it to 7200, then I saw it where it was already set... :eek.: If you don't have the self tuning software I'd definitely add it to the list for Aaron.

I haven't received the wideband kit yet. Just logging with ScanXL and then dropped the rev limiter with the Unichip tuning software.

If it is the ScanXL Professional from Palmer Performance Engineering application, it is install already.

The rev limiter is adjustable through the Unichip tuning software called "Dastek UniChip Program". I attached a screen shot showing the interface.

Thanks Tim, I got that too. Hope to spent some time with it tomorrow.

No prob. On the bottom left of that pic under the button that says "timing" (highlighted in red) is the "map setup" button. That's what brings up the dialog box on the right and where the rev limiter setting is hiding.

My 3M Dinoc Carbon Fiber Film should arrive today hopefully!!

Next project after this is a DIY Headliner change including all plastics, and A,B,C, Pillars. Never done any upholstery work but I have read a lot and I want to try it soon. I cant stand the light colored headliner :(
