What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Stu have you done the transmission oil change? If not, then will you ever do it? just wondering cuz im at the same mileage and about to do all that stuff as well
 
Amsoil Synthetic Motor Oil Change, Brake Pads Replaced, Coolant Flushed, Air Filter Replaced and gave it a nice wash and it's gonna rain until tuesday here in New Jersey haha

Yeah, I'm going to get the dealership to do it though. My service guy said the drain and refill isn't the best and they recommend the flush I think it was. Considering I use the manual mode all the time and downshift to slow down and stuff, the last thing I want to cheap out on is the transmission.
 
my FX is giving me problems my passenger window rolls up then back down when it wants to and occasionally the door locks unlock when it wants to ? :confused.:

But on another note I will be adding a 250w Kicker AMP with either 1-8" woofer or maybe a 10" I know some of you are like what???? an 8" but I really don't want all that bass I just want to replace the bose speakers, plus I have little kids and I need a little bass not too much (getting old?) lol

How much did they quote for tranny flush and fill?

That is a good question and I can not remember because I also got quoted for the coolant at the same time. One was around $180, and one was $235 I think. I want to say that included everything, so maybe the tranny is $235 because of fluid.
 
i let my mother (:bomb:) use my FX and it came back with 2 dents and two small holes in the rear bumper trim, a dent on the rear right wheel well and a foot long DEEP scratch :eek:.... souvenirs from NYC!. Moral of the story, dont let ur mother drive ur car in the city.

Rear right well dent and scratch caused by something like this., and the bumper stuff still a mistery.

:eek.: I got a coupon for $109 to replace the tranny fluid at infiniti of lisle,il. Its prolly only good there or else id send it over to you guys

Dropped off all the gear needed for my Nismo install Saturday. Hooked up with an amazing shop that does work on GT3RS's and the lead guy is a huge Nissan fan....think I found my future install shop :)
