What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

What someone else did (is doing) - Can you spot the subtle differences?

Nice Jeff good eye......Question - So why DO the interior panels get thrown around willy nilly? Is it like a surgeon who is working on the gut region of a patient and the internals just get in the way so no need to handle them all super delicate? Freaks me out, when I pull and remove parts they get the red carpet treatment......

 Like the bald forehead and the color matching door handles.
Any chance the lower door chrome moldings got sprayed with body color as well? Sure looks like they did from the pic.

No side mirrors, no tailights, roof rails are messed up. And I'm suspect of the sunroof.

Battery cover missing in engine compartment and the rear mudflap is unsecured.

Visited my color matched mirrors.

I think you made the the right decision to NOT spray the rockers. I was asking about the lower door chrome moldings. From the pic they're looks as if they were sprayed.

I placed a order from autogeek.net!
Klasse All in ONE
Nattys PAste Wax
and some cool applicators/sponges

too many great choices on that site! So many things I still wantet to buy

I order the UniChip yesterday.

:canada: (closest I could find of a "red flag")

Thread is for What you did to your FX today.

Haha, I'm just kidding. I'm going to call Aaron at UniChip again today. Now to find out where the ECU is -- I found it before, but it's been so long.

Going back to this point I was referring to the chrome rocker trim, still think no? Still in the shop, shop owner already thinks I am crazy.....

Are you going to paint the bottom black trim?

I was against it and then I talked to Marek who had it done 4 years ago. No chips, no cracks after 4 years in Chicago driving!

Why stop at the antenna delete? Do the side mirror delete too =)

Considered painting the chrome rocker trim, then sanding out the rockers smooth. Once the rockers are done drop the paint line down on the front and rear bumper and paint everything under that (rockers also) gunmetal to match the wheels, similar to this -

Too many cut lines to fill on the front and back bumper though.

Just mine personal view on this....I don't like the look of the black rubber weather strips at the very bottom of the door shown up since your is silver. It blend in with the black rocker the way it is now. If your body color is black, I'm all for it. As matter affect, I painted mine gloss black to match my body color.

Urhh, the "chrome rocker trim" you referring to, is that the piece on the door or on the body. The "rocker" I'm referring to is the on the body. The "chrome moldings" I'm referring to are the one on the lower/bottom of the door.
