Shiny! Do you leave your 45 parked outside? I think I saw a car port in the midwest storm thread. It's too bad because its freezing rain/slush mix right now :frown:

Oh yeah, my Interads are getting made right now. Last time I checked they were getting BBK dimensions specced to my wheels, then they will get some setups and start manufacturing them. The eta now is probably late march sometime :frown:

Nice... were you getting wheels too?

Yea we have two spots in our yard so i usually leave it under the deck or out in the open like that. I should look into the car port thing...anything to help keep it cleaner longer than 3 days :mad.::mad.: yesterday rain and 30 deg and today snow and everythings frozen

Dug her out of the snow yesterday.....

2 feet of fresh powder in Big Bear. Sunday was the best snowboarding day of the season...sun was out, fresh powder, you can't get any better than that. I had to dig out "Big Red" too...Jeep's 4wd vs FX's RWD...no contest.

Did a little work to the fx tonight. Lemme tell you how i hate working on my fx in the cold. The cold just gets to my body like ugh.

Bought these leds for the 4 corners of the fx. (wedge bulbs)
1 smd 12 led board for the light in the trunk on the bottom left.

Bought and instaled a new in cabin air filter.

Bought some sound deadener to attempt to kill some noise from the invidia exhaust.

I FINALLY dropped the FX last night. I still had the H&Rs from the black FX which I traded in for the copper FX over a year ago. Springs were sitting in my garage just waiting for me lazy butt to do something with them. I actually had to wipe off some cobwebs from a couple of the springs.

I got a buddy of mine to "help" and with a weak air compressor, 2 different types of spring compressors, and almost 6 hours later, the FX is a whopping 1" lower. Sigh.. the things we do for our cars.

that's great:tup: whenever jumbo gets his ride out of the shop we should have a lil meet and take some pics of our rides and show the difference in ride height stock vs H&R vs coilovers.

...

Just an fyi as it appears you have already replaced the JL drivers, but that issue is extremely common with foam surrounds. I've fixed multiple sets of vintage home speakers in the last year with foam surrounds that looked as bad if not worse. Kits for that specific repair are widely available online. It's a 30min job and costs less than $10. A pro would probably do it for $20 each...

Snowing here, too early to take off snows, but my Eibachs and GTSPEC goodies have made it to the border. They should arrive in a few days:smile (2):
