What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Finally I ordered and received my t-20 tamper proof star bit so I can clean the MAF. However it wasn't really dirty but it may of had pollen and small particles of dust and sticky. Well I replace the air filter and clean the MAF and i notice no more than up to 5hp extra.
 
Not so much what I did, but more about what someone else did. I awoke to key marks on my FX. On the rear bumper, tailgate and down the passenger rear quarter panel. I live in a gated community and dont know anyone here, so I cant really say I have enemies, etc. Probably just bad luck!!!!!!!! At any rate, the damage was quoted at $1350 and is being repaired now. I'm also having the shop redo my front bumper and the hood in addition to the insurance claim. The FX should be completed by Friday, until then I'm driving a 2010 Chevy Tahoe (not bad, but not great either). Cant wait to get her back!
 
You bet, David runs a tight shop. Sydney had SWS manage his wheel install as well. Limited services but what they do they do well.
 
oh okay I need a roadforce balance pronto I dont know if it is the tires I got or what but I am getting a little vibration around 80 mph!!! goes away around 85, yeah I know lead foot!!!!!
 
Yep, SWS has done well by me too ... limited shop, but quality work. Plus, they use a great powdercoat guy if you guys ever need that kind of work done :tup:
 
today I wash my fx and put IS decal on it... sweet...

Noticed and confirmed the infamous "axle click" on my passenger side rear axle. On the bright side, I'll have a good post for this thread tomorrow night...
 
replaced my front windshield wiper blades now i have to find a DIY to replace the blade on the rear wiper
