Installed new invidia Gemini exhaust ... Sounds good but i have a leak coming from the cat where it meets the new pipe. The exhaust kit didn't have enough gaskets for some reason which kind of pissed me off, but installing two new gaskets tomorrow. hopefully quiets down the cabin more cause its a litte loud inside but i think it's cause of the leak.

Happy with it though so far, also think it might be hitting the heat shield cause i hear some rattling but just need to do some minor tweeking.

Yeah i mainly hear it when i start it up and reverse too...kind of annoying but i'll play around with it. Hoping to get the new gaskets tomorrow!

BTW still obsessed with those rims i got from you Paul!

Man Im glad, they look awesome on your ride!!!!!!
Hey on another note, did you see my post, I'm going to AWD Tuning in Dallas Friday to retune my uprev after i changed some exhaust and intake parts. I'll post a vid after its done.

Ok so today I traveled about 3.5 hrs to Dallas(Flower Mound)Tx. to AWD Tuning. They have an AWD mustang dyno and I felt like I needed a retune to my Uprev after I added the Z1 CAI w/race filters and the Fast Intention test pipes. Total time was between 2.5 and 3 hours for the retune. The tuner/owner said that indeed it was running rich and needed to be retuned. So once it was all said and done here are the results.
Baseline pretune was 303 hp and 236 tq at the wheels. Post tune was 322 hp and 251 tq at the wheels so not a bad day. Its definitely noticeable in daily drivability and aggressive driving. Totally worth the trip. Here are some pics and videos.

It says that the video is too large to load sorry. When I get home this weekend I'll post it to youtube and provide a link. Its only 14 seconds long.

Hi folk’s,

My FX'09 96500 miles, almost 11 years old, went to dealer to repair front suspension under extended Route 66 Warranty.

Finally, I did all these:

  • Rod stabilizers both sides
  • Replace left shock absorber
  • Replace Rack and Pinion
  • Replace Cerpentine belt
  • Replace Arm Control both sides
  • Alignment all wheels
  • Replace gasket over head valve cover
  • Replace bushing stabilizers both sides

All these includes one year warranty.

Runs as new know, I guess I will delay looking for a new car for a while.

Nice. I need to get busy with my suspension, too. I hear all kinds of clinks, tinks, tangs, thuds, etc as I drive over rough spots (my driveway). Car seems very stable, soaks up bumps nicely, tracks perfectly straight, but there are some issues down there.

Cleaned under the hood. Now it’s fresh and clean :)
