What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

I'm at my parents house...their garage is full of stuff and isn't used for cars; in fact they turned it into a "fun room" with carpet, etc.

I did this all outside. It didn't help that I started really late too because I waited until the rain was over with...although it might rain some overnight before the meet again.

So this is only a temporary problem for you, I have to cope with that all the time, I do all my work and cleaning outside,,,,,,,,,,no garage :frown:.

Really! And all that snow in Canada! You should build a car port....oh wait you have the car cover.....I guess that would suffice.
 
oil change, replaced one of the Ypipe gasket that was making noise.. fixed the Y pipe cause it was hitting the frame everytime i when over a bump or pothole making a big thump sound... but after i left the hobby shop the sound came back... i guess me messing with the Y pipe the 2 gasket that connect to the Cats now are making noise.. no problem tho ill fix them next time, i also will tight the bolt for the steering wheel cause i have a slight vibration and do a steering wheel fluid change!!
 
Cloudy today and supposed to rain tomorrow so no point in washing the whole car. However wanted to get some mods done

1) Replaced burnt out amber side bulbs
2) Changed turn signals to LED orange turn signals (no resistor needed, vleds<3)
3) Reinstalled and rewired interior led strips under driver and passenger footwells
4) Washed FX's rims (dirty!)

etc stuff...

5) Popped out dent on Sis's fender
6) Cleaned/organized garage. Threw so much junk away
 
Took the FX into Grubbs Infiniti Dealership to get my bubble dash replace. They loan me the G37 sedan. Its nice but the 6 speed trainy is jerky I hope all there 6 speeds aren't like it. Anyways can't wait to get the FX back on the road again.
 
Replaced spark plugs, oil change, front and rear differential fluid drain and fill, brake fluid flush/refill and replaced power steering fluid.

Can't really feel a noticeable difference as the FX always purred like a kitten but with now 98k miles on the FX, maintenance is key and peace of mind.
