What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Was planning on doing it myself.

:good: Spacers are a very easy install. I was surprised with all the oil build up in my air intake system. I would do BG induction service and custom install an oil separator kit next to stop oil ingestion through pcv system, which will reduce the amount of oil that enters the intake manifold, and will allow your engine to run more efficiently.

Thanks for the advice! Will definitely work on this! How much does a BG service run for, and any suggestions on where to get it done? And any suggestions on which oil separator kit?

nyhugy5y.jpg did some carbypazagu6.jpgon fiber wrapping today. Also changed my driver side upper strut mount and bearing. Wanted to see how the cf wrap looked in the engine bay, thats what happens when you have a few cold ones.

Installed motordyne plenum spacer...what a pain in the ass to install. Everything was going pretty smooth until I tried bolting down the upper plenum with the new bolts. The spacers kept shifting when I would try bolting them down. But finally got them installed, I think l, lol.

Also tried installing the lms z tube but couldn't get it to align with the mounting bracket. Any suggestions? I can use the stock couplers right?

Looks good.

I suggest you let the springs settle for a bit before doing the alignment.
