Yes, over time, but they were never, ever, brilliant in the wet by any stretch of the imagination. Average on hydroplaning resistance too...I had Goodyear Eagle F1's on my Evo and they were far superior in hydroplaning than the Hankooks were, even brand new (on a lighter vehicle with ultra low profile tires). And wet traction under acceleration is very poor. Even when new, the tires would easily break loose under part throttle and the TC would kick in. They still have a bit less than half their tread left now but I'll be dumping them soon regardless. I just did the math and the tires have 33K on them. 40K was a rough guess.
