Just ordered my vortech sc. How much work will the be involved I mean I only brought this one cause it had great reviews on it. Now I kinda regret buying it without looking into it fitting the fx. If it's not much major work then I can deal with only the piping and stuff. What sc kit will you guys go with something reliable for daily driver and wont need custom work.

I was seriously considering the HKS GT Supercharger back 2 years ago, but that itch is all gone. That setup would be more of a daily driver FX since it's all bolt on and PSI isn't extreme. Should be lower maintenance compared to other setups that I have heard.

From what I see over at the 350Z and G forums, it's a reliable kit. Maybe ask rmf_26 in Dubai, he's been running one for a little while. I've been researching this because I've been considering a Vortech as well. I know the blowers are reliable (used to have one on a different car), it's all in the belt setup. The installation doesn't look to be too bad, other than having to notch the support bar (whatever that plastic thing is called). Having done one on a similar setup in a different car with no prior experience, I can say it's not terrible, just tedious.
