Nice vid Soon! Just received text, ride is going well, no complications.....yet. Considering pulling my spacer studs and going back to OE and running DRS so I can trade out for different wheels.

Looking forward to screwing around with the ride again.

He's probably doing this. Minus the snow....

IT'S TUNE TIME.

Over twelve months ago my 06 VK45 went in to have JWT S2 cams installed. Due to a variety of issues beyond my control the engine failed three times.....

Before the current work I had done:
• INJEN CAI (Actually JWT POP
• NISMO S-Tuned exhaust (actually Invidia Gemini at this time of first tune)
• Electric fan conversion
• Transgo shift kit – Did not add power, did not affect numbers
• UPREV Dyno tune on 4.01.10 Increased WHP to 250 and Torque to 317 Ft. Lbs.

What has just been re-installed and is up for the tune tomorrow:
• JWT Cams/Springs
• Reworked OE manifold - Ported, and polished
• Ported heads
• Bored OE throttle body
• Custom made 304 SS 4-2-1 headers
• 300 cell HFC's

There have been guesses as to what the new WHP and torque will be. There won't be huge FI style gains and the power definitely will be under 315 WHP, possibly under 300. Care to take a guess at what the WHP and TQ will be? Don't forget to factor in AWD drivetrain loss.

BTW If it blows up this time you might never hear from me again
:sluggish:

You should hit 290ish I'm guessing at least. Torque, maybe 335-340? I can't remember my old guesses haha.

I still think that 250 seems oddly low. What type of dyno is it?

318/347.

Are you doing a power tune or a break-in tune? Wasn't it just rebuilt?

You know, you could always pull the fuse and run on a rwd dyno...
