VK45 –Stage 1 Headers/JWT cams/TB/intake

just received the image, two techs worked all day on the reassembly. On the flip side I taught my five year old to ride a bike, win/win day!

That's my favorite pic for any motor replace/rebuild project. That moment of the healed heart and body coming back together. Its a beautiful union. She looks so happy!

Such an exciting time , your daughter taking her first ride on a two wheeler, she's a big girl now, I bet she was grinning ear to ear.
Also great news to hear the FX is coming together :good:.

Great news Lance. Sweet pic. 48 hours to go. Not to brag, but my second daughter simply ask daddy can you take of my training wheels? The minutes I finish with the training wheels, she hopped on then took off like a rocket ever since. But my other two were like, don't let go daddy, don't let go! Ha I was simply running right behind them after a third or fourth rounds around our cul-de-sec. Well Lance, had a very good feeling both Silver Surfer and your daughter will be smooth sailings from here on. :good:

Did your wife pose for this John? If so tell her thanks and that was very thoughtful.

Agreed, I was happy to see the re-union shot.

Sounds like the Andy La school of bicycling is tight :) I wish we had a cul de sac, doing this on a narrow city sidewalk is hairy.

Man that exhaust is awesome looking.
/// Can't even remember what it sounds like,

Wow, what a great update Lance!
Hopefully this coming week will be even better!

Almost there. Go Go Go! I will! Weather is changing here, we now have ice in the morning on the windshield. My loaner? No fan, no heat.......

P.S. entering data on the phone sucks......

Was mystified with the assembled engine pic and couldn't see how Charles could port the heads in a couple of hours.....when I asked he texted me today to say he requested they take care of it while doing the build and that JWT ported/polished and flow tested them - positive news.

Latest text, all unrelated install activities will be addressed, spacer dial in with adjusted camber, GT Spec belly pan (its been drilled and cut) Weapon R coolant tank all kinds of stuff I had in the back. Paddle shifters still need to be assembled by the master in Brooklyn.
