VK45 –Stage 1 Headers/JWT cams/TB/intake

Update - Jim Wolf is still analyzing engine components but it looks like I may be receiving a new engine. JWT is going to mock up the cam assembly to determine if there is an issue with their parts and if I can run the CAM's. Of course I still want them BUT I want YEARS of drive time w/no melt down.
Nearly eight months of down time. No idea what it feels like to drive my car, going to start a thread asking members what it feels like to drive an FX.
What really makes me itch is no mods...sinking a ton of remodeling money into my house and apartments, I have even resorted to buying bike parts now......I feel so misguided =)

How cool would this be, city to city bonding with my FX brothers and test driving their cars....you guys mind writing a note for my wife? Rich - One question, what's on the end of the chain you are holding?

Jim Wolf will be supplying a VK45 for the FX. They will Install the DLC buckets ahead of time and work one on one with Charles to verify the process is done according to spec. Once completed and the engine is running W/O issues A complete disassembly/assembly protocol doc will be generated for all future cam builds.
Not over yet, but this is progress. It sounds as if JWT really wants to see this through.
Charles says maybe Memorial day weekend, I am happy to know its just back on the calendar.

Hah, my loaner is still the huge Ford cargo church/peddie van. Its gotten to the point where people have quit making fun of me, not a good sign.....
The letter should read something like "please excuse Lance as he has to take four weeks off from work and kids to hang out with his fellow enthusiasts to recharge his batteries (no pun intended) he will return sometime late June and will be in a much better mood. Please note you will be responsible to clean the cat box and take the garbage out, please do not curb the wheels on the MDX while he is gone and stay away from the UPS guy"
