I was talking to a parts man about cleaning cigarette smoke stains from a HARD fiberglass roof on a Chevy Blazer. I had tried every product imaginable with very little cleaning. This Spray Nine melted it off easily, and I was hooked.soo this stuff will get off crap on the carpet and the headliner?
THANKS for the photos-----You are correct about cleaning a dash or door panel. When cleaning vinyl upholstry, especially a verticle surface, I saturate a small cloth and apply evenly. If you spray on a verticle surface, it will run down and create visible streaks that have to be blended in. You are also correct that it cleans so well that it leaves the surface somewhat "dull" and a protectant needs to be applied.I have also used spray 9 for about the same length of time.

I use it to clean the non-skid deck of my fiberglass boat, floor mats etc. Just be careful, it is strong and will dry things out. Personally, I would not use it on the dash or door panels, if I did it would be sparingly. You should use a protectorant or rejuvenator after using Spray 9 on some vinyl and rubber products.
It is also great for cleaning in the bathroom, since it is a disinfectant.
