I can't find it...I've see the reverse shifter plate on ebay under either under 350Z or FX35. It has the word UP and DN in reverse and it looks just like the 03-05 shift plate.

Very nice. I hate manu-matics that have an upshift over ride. Do you know at what RPM the limiter kicks in? Or how many RPM past redline we have to play with?
3. No rev limiter on my 08 FX
no rev limiter? so you can hit 8krpm & more?
or do you mean downshifting? I doubt you could throw it into 1st at like 50mph if that's what you mean...
Does newer (2005 and after) have rev matching when downshifiting?
i think it works better if you keep the throttle pinned. when i let off, shift, and get back on sometimes i wont shift until you put the gas down again. just keep the throttle down and shift early if you dont want to take off.I drive an 07 fx35 and I only use tiptronic unless I'm looking for parking. When I first started using it I felt like I was doing it wrong, the gear transition was very rough. I felt like I was forcing the car to switch gears, I wouldn't ease off the gas during gear changes. Now I just shift, ease off the gas for a second and continue to accelerate and everything goes smoothly. I never want to go back to auto anymore, it feels WAY more sluggish to me. The car isn't fun to drive anymore unless its in tiptronic. In first, the car feels very torquey + way more reponsive.
My 08 has rev-matching.
