They're Here!

How much, where, explain Ege.

Joe @ infinitipartsusa.com @ $830 and free 2 day shipping this holiday season.. Give him a call.. You'll need spacers though. 15 mm minimum as far as I know. I'm getting Ichiba v2 for that part

^^ As far as I know, yes. The only question that comes into my mind is if 15mm will be enough.. I think they will be more than adequate but who knows.. Nobody ran them with spacers so far I think..

Was $830 for a pair (2 calipers)?
It would be nice to see a full write up. These might be an alternative to a $3K big brake kit.

Looks like my next mod for the spring. Good thing I Already planned ahead and made enough room for the 8 piston Rotora's when I had my wheels built. Can't wait to see how they look EG3.

Yup, $830 for the front set. 4 piston calipers, 14" rotors. Almost exactly same as AP Racing or Stoptech front kits. As far as I know, the rears will be more expensive because of the custom stuff that needs to go in there. Still, about $1.8-2K it's a good $1000 cheaper than the cheapest bbk you can find..

^^ yup, using spacers is a must. It doesn't fit the stockers otherwise.. Maybe the Spideros will fit but then I'm not using them during winter..

this week I tested this for soon & I have confirmed that 15mm will be fine, I tried spacing it with 10mm & it rubbed the caliper very slightly, 10mm could work but you'll rub a line of paint off the caliper, so really 15mm it is with the stockers.

ss lines will be fine, I put mine on with & left the rotora ss lines, no problem, did this include caliper bolts, 12 washers & a new shortened banjo bolt?...

rear will need no spacer to fit for sure, there smaller, about the size of our stock fronts, clearance won't be a problem...

I just ordered a batch of ball joint adapters made for me, when I get them & confirm the design I'll offer them, few guys already waiting for these. I'm sure joe can acomidate the rest of the kit, but the rears are going to be $$$, maybe $1,500 range or close to it I think, plus the labor on the rear is going to be a bit more $$$ too, the rear knuckle needs to be replaced which is more work than just slapping on rotors & calipers...., still, as a complete set, bbk front & rear for $2,300 or so is a good deal.

as far as rotors, there is one company who offers the stock 50 rotors cross drilled & slotted, so you'll get the look there, but there still going to be very heavy rotors which is why I'm hoping for aftermarket performance rotors to surface, nothing yet...,

Hot!! Congrats on pulling the trigger for these, Ege! Can't wait to hear your experiences after the install.

nice to know it works.. It came with these:
View attachment 162183

12 x Washers (41044-1CA9A)
4 x pins (41217-JL00A)
4 x bolts (41005-1CA0A)
2 x bolts (46356-0E00A)
plus the calipers, pads and rotors.. I believe the banjo bolts are the small bolts in the middle of the pic, right John?

Which company is it? I don't think I'll go for the rears anytime soon and don't want to switch back to stock rear rotors..

yeah, the ones with the hole bored in the middle of them, do they look to be cut or shortened? don't know if you can tell depending on how well they were cut though...

looks complete otherwise, your ready to go

my advice, paint the calipers, don't bother with powdecoating, not a huge advantage & painting will not require dissasembly of the calipers, powder coating will. a good high temp paint can be durable & easy to fix too, powercoated not so much so... the calipers are alreay based, just tape of any non silver painted part already, scuff & paint, stencil out the word infiniti & spray that too for best results over a decal or something...

edit, just seen your post, I don't remember the company but I know I put up a link in my fx50 brake thread somewhere...
