The Random Question Thread

When accelerating hard from a dead stop...
..and when I say hard, I mean foot ALL THE WAY DOWN on the pedal.

Anyway, when I do that I hear a grinding noise.. like it's coming from the front like the engine/tranny
The sound is like a wrench dragging across a concrete floor.
I've done it twice since summer started and both times
I felt the grinding/vibrations from under the foot pedals area.

I doubt this is normal, so does anyone know what could be the problem?

check motor mounts, ive replaced too many

On Jeopardy, what really is the point of requiring the answer in question form?
Does it make the game more FUN?

I suppose you are correct.
I'm missing out on all that aspect of fun. Good thing for other interests.

I am looking for a replacement cap for the coolant reservoir tank. The stock one is missing. (Not the radiator cap--the other one)

Thanks. I found one on another website as well. Both want $10 or more for shipping. :-(. That's crazy for that. It weighs 4 ounces maybe

Can the engine cover from a '06-'08 FX45 fit a '03-'05 FX45? (At least the mounting holes if the intake side gets in the way.)
If there is 45 owner with a Gen 1 and a Gen 1.5 intake manifold laying around, it might be easier to tell.

That cap just came up missing. Maybe at an oil change ?? I have never messed with that cap. I now do all my own oil changes etc

Does anyone have instructions on how to installed a new OEM console lid on the center console?

Sent from my SGH-T999 2

Ah, unfortunately I can't help with that one. I'm sure someone who's done a interior swap can help you out.
