The Random Question Thread

If the sound only be heard at re-circulating, I would check the flapper/door. you can be reach it from the battery compartment after you you take the battery out. Just make sure that nothing got caught in the passage. You can possibly drop the glove compartment, remove the interior filter, and peek or reach in there and making sure the flapper/door can move freely. Have you try running re-circulate in heater mode. I know, just to check to see if the noise is only in re-circulating mode.

Any of you guys remember how Jeff created a competition of us trying to find a picture of what the iS website looked ilke one of the first days of going online? Then the winner had posted where they got that info from. That website had a lot more information than just a domain lookup like http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp

It had screenshots of what the website looked like when it first went online, etc.

I need to lookup as much info as possible on a website for someone and can't remember what was used during this competition? I wish I remember who won it cause then I could just PM him, but I forgot that as well. Anybody know? Thanks!!!

Does anybody know if 4(four) 20" OEM wheels mounted on 265/50/20 tires will fit inside the 1st GEN FX OK?

Rockauto :good:

Yes, 4 mounted 20" wheels with 265/50/20 tires fit in 1st Gen with the back seats down (of course). I transported my winters to get them refinished last Dec.

Anyone use 1xracing.com before? I ordered spacers from there because they were a little cheaper and they haven't come after two weeks and I can't get ahold of them. I have lefts 2 voicemails and 4 emails all of which I have zero replies! I don't know what I can do? I'd just like to cancel at this point.

There is no set interval that I'm aware of. I simply just check it every now and then to see if it needed cleaning. It's all depending on the environment you driving in to determine how frequent you need to clean the filter.
