Tailgate power lift struts

Hi I need new powerlift struts as mine sink back a few cm after opening fully. I tried 2 different set from China. Both work fine but the height is not adjustable like original. Any suggestions other then original new which are very expensive. Thanks.

i have two new ones in my closet got them on ebay for about 250 us i didn't used them yet
right now I'm using two used ones that o got on ebay
the first used one failed about one year later so i replaced it with the second used one passenger side still working fine
