Thanks guys for the positive feedback, the FX is slowly getting to what I was aiming for.

Definitely dropping, just not sure if I'll go coilovers or the mythical H&R's that seem to never be available. Nothing too extreme, just to get rid of a bit of the wheel gap.

Also debating on the front lip kit, I can't make up my mind on that one just yet though, we'll see ...
 
Hey guys, I Need some opinions please. I'm finally getting close to my BBK goal and need to settle on a color. I've tried a few different color options, but keep coming back to really liking teal ... on other cars, that is. When I try mine, not too sure. I wanted to do something different than red, but I'm thinking at the end of the day that matches the best. This is prob a bit obsessive, but I chopped a specialty plate on the teal version so I had at least some kind of color tie in ... my tags are due soon anyway :rofl:

Any thoughts much appreciated!

I agree - I like both.

Last week I saw an all black Camaro with yellow calipers and a yellow time attack stripe on each wheel. I like it a LOT more than I thought I would...
 
I'm all for being original my man, but the red does honestly look better.. What about yellow? On a side note, I love your FX! You've done a real great job with it!!!
 
The teal is interesting but the red makes for a much a must stronger color combination overall (and looks straight up bad ass on your ride IMO)
 
I have to agree with everyone, as much as I wanted to do something different, the red seems to look the best with the tails/look of the car. Thanks :tup:
 
Long story short, I've moved onto a different vehicle and my wife's taking over the FX. She's excited about adding some of her own personality into what I've already started here ... while I'm excited that we're sharing this interest, I'm nervous as to the direction she'll take (think pink and/or purple theme somehow incorporated :eek.:). End of the day, it's my wife's now and I support her, but there will be times I'll need to drive the FX still lol.

So, question to IS ... can the FX pull off a pink BBK? Pink lugs? Maybe the color scheme is only on the inside :wink:?

Just curious if any other members share their rides with their women folk or have had this issue come up. At any rate, look for some "interesting" mods in the near future, we'll see how this turns out hahaha
