That's a question that handy Andy would be able to answer you.
1) Replace (desolder & solder) the LEDs; reference this post I see BLUE!!!!
2) Replace the odometer cluster with a used one easily found on ebay. Keep in mind though, you will inherit the replacement odometer mileage. Spend more $$ to get the replacement odometer reprogrammed to your original mileage if you insist.
