Spacer size advice

I have a couple from B2 and some from eBay - all bolt on. Never had any issues with vibration. If you trim the plastic you should roll or cut the fender lip. Just trimming the plastic buys you a little room, but the fender lip isn't that much smaller than the plastic trim. I rolled mine but I'd probably cut next time. With the roll the fender lip gets pushed into the plastic trim mounts so you have to do some work to keep your trim flush. As it is, on a big enough bump, my tire will pop the plastic trim out because it hits the tab where it mounts.

What spacer are you usung H&R? I want to get a 20mm spacer for the rear for mine but I'm having trouble finding spacers...View attachment 392870
I'm going to be trimming the plastic trim... You think I'll rub on the fender?

The space between the edge of the fender and the plastic trim piece is about 15mm on my 2nd gen. And I haven't ever rubbed on the plastic trim. So I may just grind down or trim the fender while I'm cutting the plastic
