Hi folks,
I worry about a wheel slip behavior of my FX35 '09 RWD. I noticed this behavior every time I get a uneven surface (straight or curve) making one wheel slip causing ADS light ON and car make some shake. All these is at low speed. Also I had notice traction slipping when driving into parking garage with spiral driveway. This weekend got worst when had to get into a small hill on a very uneven dry surface. One wheel started slipping hardly that I couldn't go forward anymore. I had to let the car go back to be able to get some traction on the slipping wheel and press accelerator to get some speed and move forward.
Does anyone had similar experience on RWD FX? Slip differential is not supposed to take care of these uneven surfaces and transfer traction to the other wheel? On my previous RWD car (4runner) used to handle better uneven surfaces. Is this a defect that I should take the car to dealer?
Please advise,
Thanks
