Finally got the GTS belly pan installed. The dirt and heat shrink wrap takes away from the the photo but overall I like the look, thoughts?

Soooo glad to have the FX back and be able to start in working on it.

Looks good. But 100% honest answer is I would not spent that kind of money on a belly pan my friend!
 
You can't take it with you! When you are here I'm going to provide you with a creeper so you can get all up on the pan they don't make anymore.....
 
Wrestling now with wheels. I've had the FX50 wheels for some time, they're mounted with new rubber, ready to roll. I've ordered new OE studs so I can use DRM spacers and swap them out when I want to change sizes rather than changing studs which is a PITA. I've thought about going hyper silver or gunmetal but I'm liking the silver on silver. I've attached a PIC which is very misleading as it is not mounted but rather faced in front of the existing wheel so it looks X - lrg (don't get overly excited).

I like that belly pan. Wish there where more options available like that.
For your car, I'd put more contrast into the wheels. Silver with silver blends the color pallet a little too much and takes away from some other "cleaned up" mods you've done (mirrors, trim, lights, antenna).
 
I personally like the silver/silver look (at least from the pic). You can always freshen up the look later with a different color IMO

I don't know how I feel about the fx50 wheels on ur car.. I mean it looks great on soons and aiya but they're aiming for a more classy look than your mean aggressive look.. I feel like it takes away from it... That's just my $.02... I have my GTR's in square setup like urs and i wouldn't trade them for the world
 
Logan, personally I like your ride with the GTRs much better. Makes it look so much more aggressive. And after what's been done to your engine, the last thing I'd wanna do is make it look stock again.
 
As much as I love the OEM 21's, the GTR's look that much more aggressive on the Silver Surfer. Maybe it's the additional drop with the coilovers.
 
Guys, guys... the man is asking whether the color (silver, hyper silver, or gun metal) of the FX50 wheels. He made no reference to whether the FX50 or the GTR wheels would look better on Silver Surfer! :tongue:
