Silver Surfer - FX45 :: 2006 Infiniti FX45

I have a dynomax that I really like. "Camaro style" like the Oem, double wall construction, and a good tone overall. I think they offer a stainless option as well, though mine is not...

Btw, we need a micro meet soon.

Agreed to the micro meet! I am still researching muffler options BTW. Looking to install my 21's for the winter ASAP. New Rays key arrived (lost by tech), OE studs arrived, I have the 25mm spacer set, need to decide on 21" color or just adjust the CO's and mount them up accordingly. I hope to drop the FX as low as possible on the 21's with the Bridgestone's and take a run at that set up for the winter.

Shoot me a message when you guys plan to do that meet. I would be willing to make the drive down from Vancouver to the Seattle area. (as long as I am free that day, and I dont have to venture TOO far south).

'bout time to have 21's mounted, did you get the proper lugs? 21's are designed for shanked lugs if you didn't already know. :good:

Also, pics are a must if mounted.

The first set of 21's I purchased from djamz came with OE lugs so I'm all set, thanks for checking. Hey, did you guys ever get club 21 T's printed up? :)

Aiya was pushing for uni-thongs, last I heard he and Soon were going to discuss club garb over a plate of chicken katsu at Mitsuwa.

Minor victory on my suspension/ride. Since I got it back it hasn't been what expected, my tech lost the lug key after that adjustments stopped lowering etc. But what really made me itch was the overly harsh ride, preload creaking, and the sideways "bump hop". The hop I can attribute to the tightness and the lack of preload, again all dial in work not completed. I digress.....filling the tank this morning I checked fluids and looked at the CO ride dials. Since the car was completed they have been locked, no movement either way. Today i said screw it and really gave it a go and it broke loose then I started turning backwards from hard feeing for the registration points. Ghey were there just not as crisp as the BC's were. Iafter fooling around with it awhile I realized it was set on full hard. So full hard with my extra beefy spring rates....I turned it 5 to soft then went to the other side broke it free and went through the same process. I was late to go to my daughters gymnastics practice. My expectations have kind of been lowered until i can resolve the bigger picture but as I was driving I was struck by "what the hell is different here?". Brief city and freeway drive but it was night and day. Firm and responsive, much closer to what i wanted all along. I am really looking forward to completely dialing this in, new rubber, preloads set, alignment and if there's clearance the last brace......

Soonster never showed up...

I had to make an executive decision on my own.
