Hey guys for a couple of weeks now whenever iam stoped holding the break my rpm which is in between 0-1 goes up to one and down to between again what can that be from?

Nothin what so ever but i havent changed the filter in a very long time

First im going to change the filters if that dont help then yah dealer it is thanks M

a intake/ vacuum leak.

have you done anything with your intake (or that area)?

Where abouts should I check for said issue, I have a similar problem and this might be it? I can re-tighten the clamps on the intake tube some more, and check the vacuum hose. Maybe when I get back I will take it all apart and dust off the filter, clean the TB plate, and give it a full check.

Just went to dealer told me its nothing its somethin new with the 09 where it just checks to see if it is idle or w.e so nothin big but they told me to change filter

get a mechanic stethoscope and listen for the hissing noise. or get creative and use a hose and a funnel (funnel will be near your ear)

I have the opposite problem. My idle drops to the point where the engine feels like it's about cut then pops back up.

I've also noticed on start up sometimes the idle feels way too low for about a second before popping up to a normal idle. In fact on two occassions I've had the car start and stall right away.

Dealer can't duplicate the stall so to them it doesn't exist.
