quick question on offset/rubbing

Why wouldn't it clear the stock brakes? Most wheels with big lips have a somewhat cheater face. Bowed in the center and the spokes reach out and back to the barrel for caliper clearance.

I'd be more concerned with rubbing the front strut body. 25mm is almost max inward with tires with bulge, you can go more but the sidewall needs to be a bit less bulged.

this is a lipless wheel. It's bowed in the center as well but don't know man, I'm really confused here.. I roughly measured the clearance from my front calipers to the inner side of stock 20s and it was less than 27mm.. If this size reduces by 27mm, I thought it wouldn't fit.. Also, the tires I'm planning on using are 275/45/20 size. It didn't make any bulge with my old OZ Canyons (20x9.5, 40 offset):

I think it wouldn't bulge with 10 as well.. As long as the calipers fit, I'd rather get 20s (weight concerns) than 22s and don't worry much about how it'd look awesome with 22s.. I can always get 295/40/20 tires to reduce the sidewall..

275 on a 9.5 will not bulge. That would fit well. 285s seem to be perfect on a 9. 305/35s on a 9 will bulge like this (with Pirellis)

how much for the 18's?
well to clear up stuff then:

275/45/20s are Yoko Geolandars at 9/32" depth. New thread depth is 11/32". Do the math and it's 80% left. They have a slight irregular wear due to an alignment issue I had. Asking price is $250

Stockers are new style 18" gunmetal wheels with stock Bridgestone runflats. These should have even more thread left than the Yokos as I used them for about 6 month city driving mainly.. 2 of the wheels are scratched up bad. The other two are perfect. I think it'll be best if you want to paint them really.. Asking price for both wheels AND tires is say $250 as well? If you want the wheels alone $150.. For tires alone $150....

I might use Yokos if I get 20s but if not all of these are stuff that I don't need.. The irregular wear in Yokos would go away in 1000-2000 miles.. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong..

I'll place a proper sale thread somewhere but in the mean time I can say that I'm a completely honest person.. Aiya & Crazyzz @ the org and Turbocad here can vouch for me I guess since I sold stuff to them..

$150 for "4" 18" tires?

yeap.. I don't need them and honestly, I don't want to spend time & effort trying to sell them.. These normally go for more than $200 per tire but I think best I can sell them used is about $250.. So about $100 for a quick easy sale.. If I keep them it's more expensive for me as I pay $130 a month for storage.. If I can get rid of them then maybe I can get rid of the storage as well..
