^ looks good man....I wish it was summer....cause I would start plasti dipping like crazy testing out stuff!!!! Can you spray this stuff on the bumper and mirrors and possibly have it protect it from chips and bugs and then peel it when you are done traveling? I wonder how well it would protect

lol you can man but its most likely is going to get messed up with the chips and bugs i would not do it... but i want to plasti dip my roof that would be sweet... more projects coming up! :ninja:

you can do your grill, roof, roof racks, wheels, side vents, even on your tail lights.. ext...!! im going to test that out plasti dip on my spoiler break light this weekend ill let you know it it works great.. :mask:

So what kind of prep work goes into that? Just clean the surface real well?

I love the grill, i really like the matte color.
But still it looks shiny in a way.
Soon i will do my wheels first.....and the grille!!

haha thanks guys! i mean the only thing you guys are going to lose is time maybe 15min or 20min that's all because if you don't like it just peel it off,, the prep work is silly! the only thing is clean the grill very good and dry it, remove the 2 chrome on the grill and start painting!

Looks really good man. But you should of left the emblem chrome for some added contrast because the headlights have chrome bezels.

Personally I'm a no badge guy plus I like the all black as it looks a bit more aggressive but as you said, live with it for awhile.....if you start having "brand equity" nightmares you can always peel it off.

Yo I just realized something lol. How come you have no front parking sensors!!! Those are standard on the 2009+ FX's.
