I'm eyeballing various ProClip angled dash mount. I looked at each installation trying to pick one that somewhat similar to the QX70 dash and mounting location. I think I found a couple that might work.

How stable is your mount? Do you remember if the thin piece that jammed into the dash just a plain thin plastic?

The one I am running is very stable. I have no issues at all with it, and I am very happy with everything about it.

I have run the Kuda Mounts on my BMW's for years. Leather and made to look like part of the car. We are using an a-pillar suction cup mount with a magnetic /charging pad on the QX for now. But here is the Kuda link. You have to mount a holder on it but it is way cool and there are two types.

I ordered the mount last July from KudaUSA. He took my money and never delivered the product. I have tried every avenue to contact them. I even sent emails to Corporate (Germany) and received no response. Finally Paypal gave me my money back. I did get a response from Ebay seller. They do not have the mount in stock anymore

I went with Panavise mount 75130-50, a Akron G-Ball, and a phone holder that takes a 17 mm ball such as the iOttie Easy One Touch car mount phone holder or variant that mount onto a ball base.

I personally run a panavise indash mount with a pop socket holder since the wife and i both have pop sockets on our phones. Its at a comfortable angle and position for what we need it for, allows easy access to the climate control knobs no complaints here

Does anyone know of wireless phone chargers that either fit inside the center console or replace dashboard parts?

I've seen the OEM wireless chargers that fit inside the center console, but these are apparently model-specific to large variety of Nissan/Infiniti vehicles that conveniently doesn't include the S51. I don't understand how these can be model-specific (perhaps console size matters) so I'm thinking that the ones for the QX50/QX60/QX80 would fit our cars. I also wouldn't mind if there was a charging surface to replace that maddeningly useless coin compartment in front of the gear lever.

My Google-fu has turned up nothing.
