guys, i have reemplace the oxygen sensor twice, trying to above the problem of the DTC check engine light. the p1283 correspond to the bench 2 sensor 1, and the p1273 to the same sensor 1 bench1.

i have inspect with scanner, the fast fuel strims of the bench 2 is always working at +25% (indicate too lean), when you check the bench 1 at the same time, and is working properly, -1.5% - +0.7%.

-i checked the properly measure of ground and voltage of the harness
-i'm inspect any leak on the PCV, OR COLD INTAKE system to the throthle body.
-the only possible chance is to check the header exhaust to see if there's any leak.

any suggestion guys?

Thank you very much for the information. i ll bring the FX to a friend that has on he's workshop the NISSAN CONSULT II. let me do it, and let you know the final results.

one question, with the consult II can you target the RPM idle of the engine up to 50-100rpm more? also the timing advanced grade 2+ fixed?

There is a chance that this code will come back again and again. Check ITB04-059 over at Infinitihelp.com. Here is alink but you must be a member (free registration) over there to access the pdf information.

With a Consult II you should be able to advance your timing. Do you want to increase your base idle from standard or is it too low right now?

yes, i try it yesterday, we reprogramed both bench 1 and 2, and at the moment is working fine, also we move forward 2+ grade ignition timing. the vehicle by default work on idle "P" at 15+ grade, now is working 18+. what doesn't work is the adjusting of the rpm on idle.

mine is working between 675rpm to 725rpm on idle without load. and with A/C and first gear the same.

i want to always work between 700-750rpm.

let me know.

Your standard base idle should be 650 +50 rpm. I know you can perform your idle air volume learning with the consult II and set your idle to spec but I don't think you'll get it any more accurate than + 50 and I don't think you can adjust your setting.

tanks,

i did the volume learning , and in fact still on the same range, everything was done with CONSULT II, when you access ADJ RPM IDLE RANGE is suppose to let you change in fact the consult software act as is done, but on real matter, you don't see any difference in change range. we try the change with A/C off , align wheel, in Parking. and not results.

by the way when i move the 2+ grade forward of the ignition timing, really like it to PROPANE because is rate at 105 octane rate.

a problem that i have right now is a sound , little metallic, when you pass any decline surface in the back of the chassis. only happen when act of suspension occur on the vehicle, and is coming from the back, specially driver side, and other from my front seat driver, when the vehicle move left to right or either way.

i just tired of that sound.
