A moderate drop still maintain's factory specs while reducing the dreaded wheel gap, body roll, etc. OP thoughts can be said for trucks. Never understood why people would buy a truck and slam it. Defeats the purpose the vehicle is made for.
I myself love lowering vehicles. I probably speak for most on the forums when I say that lowering (done tastefully) benefits the car cosmetically while enhancing the performance of the car. For the most part, people do it for the look factor. Corny may be the wrong choice word. Necessary?
