New 22" Wheels for summer

I am looking to change my stock 20" with 22" wheels. Here are the measurements for the new rims I ordered:

Size: 22x9.5" Offset : +38mm bolt Pattern: 5x4.5"

Is 260/45/r22 fine or do I need any spacer? I am not going to lower the car yet...hehe.

Since I am located in NYC (horrible road), Will 22" be very harsh on the ride compare to stock 20"?

Yep. 35 would look better, but understand if you want the cushion. I have the 285/35/22 set up so Im probably biased...lol.

these tires will look good on hummers or other big SUV . It does not look right for our FX.
