UPDATE FIXED: Two things. I swapped out that fixed the issue, the door lock actuator assembly and the wiring harness for the entire door. One fixed the issue, either actuator or the harness.

I bought a donor left driver door with everything attached and installed it on my car.
Now once i lock the car with the remote control, the window rolls down and stays down.
I changed the window regulator today and did a hard service reset found on the regulator and still same issue..
Can the door lock actuator cause this ?
The new donor door needs to be programmed?
Lastly, do you think i need to switch the old doors wiring harness with the new door?

Does the problem still persist?
I recall that has happened to me a few times over the years. I think I would restart the car, turn off, and try again. After a few tries, windows would stay up and problem would be gone. I forget if I attributed it to weak battery, or bad sensor, or bad vibe or what.

Nope it went away after I swapped my original door lock actuator and entire door wiring harness onto the donor door. I don't know if the door lock actuator or the harness was the issue. I can only say that the door lock was acting real finicky on the donor door, hence why I swapped it. I did also check both wiring harness part numbers to be an exact match, so it might of been the lock actuator. The problem was only on the driver door, since I swapped only that door and it only happened once I exited the vehicle and locked it with remote.
