Nav Screen Rattles...

Hello Folks- when I drive over certain crappy surfaces, my Nav screen will rattle a bit. There is also a "metal in a glass ashtray" sound. I'm guessing there is a lower right hand screw for the screen, and it has backed itself out a bit, and therefore rattles around as well. I found this ad that has pics of the screen:

Since I only have the powertrain warranty remaining, I would like to try to tackle this myself, at least at first. I'm thinking that if I can get the Navigation control panel off directly in front of the screen, I should be able to see if anything indeed needs tightening. Worse case I could wedge some felt into any crevices to keep everything nice and snug. I'm not sure if the center vents would need to come off as well in order to get into this area.

So... how easy is it to remove the Navigation control panel? Can the black bezel trim be removed with simple plastic dash trim removal tools? It then looks like there are two screws on the bottom holding the Nav control panel in place. See pic:

If it's anything like the 1st Gen FX, it's super easy... I'm sure there are posts in a DIY section showing how to remove the display... And I'm pretty sure it's very similar to the 1st Gen...
 
There are some older audio threads, but most pictures have gone by the wayside.

From my research, it's starting to look like I have to start at the bottom (either center console or ashtray) and then work my way up. I was hoping to just pop the top cluster out. I believe it's the bracket screw that is making the ruckus.
 
Finally got around to tearing the dash apart to solve this problem. There was a piece of plastic that would occasionally flex into the metal bracket on the side of the Nav screen. A little bit of double sided tape and a thin piece of foam insulation took care of the occasional rattling.
 
Good to hear you got it fixed....have a pic of the offending piece of plastic?
