My K-Sport BBK Is Here

Here are pictures with the BBK installed. I was too lazy to wash the car. The brake peddle feels much firmer and more sensitive. I did eight runs from 60mph to 10mph back to back to bed them in. It's not completely broken in yet, but it feels awesome. The installer didn't have time to take pictures, but he did say on a scale of 1 to 10, he gives it an eight. The only thing they had to modify were the brackets for the stainless steel brake lines. Other than that, the kit installed problem free.

For the money, you can't beat these. I also had 20mm spacers installed to bring the wheels flush with the fenders. The rears would have cleared without the spacers. I think the front would need at least 5mm to 10mm. I should have gotten 15mm, because I'm now rubbing the rear fenders when I rip around a turn. Might think about trimming the rear fenders or perhaps get 15mm spacers instead. Based on my initial feel, I'd recommend this kit.

I removed the 20mm spacers, and found out my wheels clear both front & rear BBK without it.

I just had them installed this past weekend, so not much time with them yet. Based on my initial assessment, I would recommend them. I got front & rears for $3600.

Nice, very nice. The flush wheels finished off the install well, you must be pleased!

I'm very pleased with the whole thing, except the rear tires rubbing the fenders. I just contact Fred at wheeladapter (very cool dude). He said to send back the spacers and he will machine them down to 15mm (for a fee of course). I'm hoping this will eliminate the fender rub.

That includes labor installation? Nice ride!!!

Looks great especially with your painted rocker panels and black trim around the wheel wells and bumpers. I want BBK too. $3600 is def easier to stomach than $6000. Keep us posted on performance after a few weeks. Any squeaks or noise?
