These are "regular" bulbs sold on eBay.
They're 7 watts rated. But in fact ALL Q5 are the same - 1A current @ 3.6 Volts that gives MAXIMUM 3.6 Watts rate.
"Regular" bulb works on 1A current, later bulbs as I know at 600mA. But that's too much for the car so it's overheating.
I've changed sence resistor in bulb's driver and it's working on 350mA.
This solved all the problems.
I don't know why chinese developers couldn't do it earlier as it so easy...
